EL GOLFLUENCER PRIMERA LIGA VOLUME 2 SETS THE STAGE FOR A HISTORIC 2026 SEASON

New stars, new teams, new rivalries — and a new era powered by Liift Golf

South Florida’s most dynamic amateur golf league is back — bigger, bolder, and more competitive than ever. The 2026 season of the EL Golfluencer Primera Liga Volume 2 officially tees off on March 8th at Miccosukee Golf Club, launching what promises to be the most electrifying chapter in the league’s rapidly growing legacy.

Following a breakthrough inaugural campaign, the league returns with 55 elite amateur players across two divisions, a deeper roster of talent, and an expanded calendar of premier events. The opening round at Miccosukee will be followed by the highly anticipated Redlands Classic in April, setting the tone for a season defined by rivalries, redemption, and rising stars.

A POWERHOUSE FIELD: TEAMS READY FOR WAR

Eleven teams will compete for glory in 2026, each bringing a unique identity, culture, and competitive edge:

  • Purple Haze
  • Only the Tips (Led by 2025 Gross Champion Greg Spelios)
  • Hole in One Hunters
  • Birdie Bandits
  • Pin Seekers
  • The Sandbagers (Guillermo Llerandi’s new team)
  • Grip it Rip (Current Champions)
  • The Architects

Among them, all eyes will be on Only the Tips, as defending Gross Champion Greg Spelios begins his quest to cement his dominance in league history.

Meanwhile, defending Net Champion Guillermo Llerandi enters the season with a new mission — and a new home. Now representing The Sandbagers, led by veteran competitor Javi Collberg, Llerandi will attempt to defend his title while helping establish one of the league’s newest and most intriguing teams.
